ABOUT ME
My name is Wanda and I am a licensed esthetician and a certified lash artist. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2016, I came to a realization that becoming a physical therapist wasn’t the path that I wanted to pursue. Soon after working full time for a couple years, in April 2019 I then enrolled myself in the esthetics program at DuVall’s School of Cosmetology because I was obsessed with lash extensions and wanted to learn more. Soon after, I realized that the beauty industry was where I belonged. I graduated in April 2020 and became licensed in July 2020.
After a year of lashing while working full time, my passion was turned into something bigger. I grew more and more driven to create this business for myself and finally built the courage to quit corporate America to pursue my dreams in the beauty world. Within a year I have obtained certifications and trainings to further invest in myself and my business.
I knew I wanted to do more and to help other lash artists so I decided to become a trainer. I am so passionate about this industry and I want to help other woman succeed with the knowledge I have consumed over the past two years. My mission is to make woman feel even more confident while helping lash artists like myself gain the confidence and knowledge to pursue their career in the lash industry.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m at home being a homebody on the couch with my 5 year old son. But when I’m not at home, I’m in my space doing what I love.
